Information and request for consent to the publication of personal data in the LIST OF CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS 

In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your personal data is processed in accordance with the following information: 

Responsible: Asociación Internacional de Skal Clubes - A.I.S.C. - Skal Internacional with NIF G29167418 and address in 29620 Torremolinos - Málaga (Spain) Avenida Palma de Mallorca, 15, 1ª Plata.  

Purpose of the processing of your data: to publish the list of participants of the annual Skal Congress on the only members area of Skål International’s website in order to encourage interaction among congress attendees.. 

Legitimation: Art. 6.1 a) RGPD. Your express consent. Art. 7. GDPR Conditions for consent. 

Personal data to be published: first name, surname, company, Club, position in the Club, country of residence. 

Retention: the list of attendees will be removed from Skål International’s website once the Congress has ended.  

Recipients: Data will be communicated to members via the members only area of Skål International website. 

Exercise of data subjects' rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation and/or portability by contacting dpd@skal.org.  You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In the event that you consider that your rights are infringed, you may file a complaint with the AEPD www.aepd.es.
