Purpose of the processing of your data:
· The organization of the event for which you are registering.
· The administrative management of the contractual relationship with you.
· Compliance with legal obligations arising from the relationship maintained.

We inform you that the information we request is a contractual requirement. Your refusal to provide us with the required information will make it impossible for us to attend your request for registration to the event.
SKÅL INTERNACIONAL guarantees that your data will be processed following the principles relating to the processing in accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of the RGPD and adopting the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent the accidental or unlawful loss, destruction or alteration of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Retention of your data: depending on the legitimate bases applied for the processing, your data will be kept for the periods detailed below:
*The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations: once the contractual relationship with you has ended, your data will be kept duly blocked and will only be available at the request of the competent authorities, judges and courts or Public Administration, during the periods of legal prescription that may be applicable.
*Your consent: if you have provided your consent we will keep your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or, failing that, when you decide to withdraw your consent.
*Conditions for consent/fulfillment of a legal obligation. When you decide to withdraw your consent, we will keep the document of your consent duly blocked and only available at the request of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, judges and courts, during the legal prescription periods that are applicable in the data protection regulations.
* Our legitimate interest: we will keep your data for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, until the end of the contractual relationship with you or until you decide to exercise your right to object.

· External professionals who provide us with auxiliary services necessary for the performance of our activity, such as, for example, the provider of the corporate e-mail domain (data hosting on external servers), database management applications or IT technical assistance services.
International data transfers: we do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), nor to international organizations.
Profiling: We do not make automated decisions or profiles about you.
Rights of data subjects: you have the right to access your personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and opposition to processing. To do so, you may send your request by letter or e-mail to the addresses indicated above.
In case you feel that your rights concerning the protection of your personal data have been violated, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you can file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority through its website www.agpd.es/en.
