Legitimation for the processing of  your data	*Art. 6.1 a) of the GDPR. Consent given by the data subject. * Article 7 of the GDPR. Conditions for consent. * Art. 6 of the LOPDygdd. Processing based on consent. * Art. 6.1 c) of the GDPR. Compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller.
Purposes of treatment	The processing of data and the publication of images and videos of the data subject on platforms, social networks of Skål International and public media authorised by the data subject for communication and advertising purposes. The personal data collected through this form are processed in order to comply with a legal obligation applicable to our entity (Article 7 of the GDPR).
Retention period of your data	The photographs and videos, as well as the personal data collected through this form will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data and, in any case, until the interested party decides to withdraw the consent given. If the data subject withdraws the consent given, we will keep the consent document, duly blocked and only available at the request of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, judges and courts, during the legal limitation periods applicable in the data protection regulations. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be completely deleted.
Disclosure of your data to third parties	* Spanish Data Protection Agency, in case of request, in order to comply with a legal obligation applicable to our entity. * On an ancillary basis and only where necessary, your data may be processed by external professionals who provide us with ancillary services necessary for the performance of our core business, such as our corporate email domain provider (hosting of data on external servers), database applications or IT support services.
International data transfer	No international transfers are envisaged.
Your data protection rights	You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the  lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent. Once your consent has been withdrawn by means of the request for deletion, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures, proceeding to the total destruction of the data. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability of your data by writing to the postal or e-mail address above.
